As per National Drinking Water Guidelines the Clean Oxide is to maintain a satisfactory standard of water quality on board and address any Legionella, e-coli, and other bacteria issues that may arise as well as providing clean water for drinking, showering and ablution use.
Svitzer sourced this product and your company based on being a small to medium entity, local, and with a product that has a marked reduction in risk profile for application due to eliminating the need for mixing of chemicals manually. The cost benefits were also a factor.
